Loom Weaving for Beginners

I wont say I’m an expert but I do have a passion for textiles so come and join me to learn the basics of loom weaving to make your own unique piece of wall art.

The workshop will focus on three simple but effective techniques - Tabby weave, soumak and rya knots.

There will be a good mix of yarn and wool roving, in a rainbow of colours, for you to make your piece as simple or as intricate as you desire.

All tools are also provided and there will be the opportunity to purchase these at the end of the session if you enjoy the craft and want to continue your learning at home.
